  • 1) Do I have to bring my own equipment when participating in the courses? Or is there the possibility to borrow things locally? If yes, what can be borrowed?
    Yes, please bring your own stuff with you. You will find our available rental equipment in the tour program. For the climbing courses, enough climbing equipment (harness, helmet, and safety) is available. Please note that we can not guarantee you any mountain bike for the courses, as only limited equipment is available.

    2) How many courses can I book at most if I have chosen the festival all-inclusive package?
    You can book as many tours/courses as you like. Please take care that the courses do not overlap in time! The exact duration of the courses can be found here.

    3) What are the advantages of the Festival-Carefree-Package?
    With the Festival-Carefree-Package it’s possilble to book as many tours and trainings as you want (as long as tickets are available).
    Further it includes the following exclusive services:

    • Access to a huge selection of sampling products
    • One free, basic cosmetic or massage treatment
    • Welcome drink on Friday as part of the official Festival opening
    • Valuable goody bag with great sample products from our partners
    • Exclusive Festival-shirt
    • NEW:Surprise evening on friday incl. dinner (excl. drinks)

     

    4) Is it possible to take part at the „Hüttenabend“ (lodge evening) without a Festival-Carefee-Package? 
    Yes, that’s possible. The „Hüttenabend“ costs 25 Euro incl. food and transfer (excl. drinks). The booking of the „Hüttenabend“ is only possible during the Women’s Summer Festival at our infopoint at the Expo. Please note, that the places are limited.

    5) How long do I have to wait for the conformation of the registration?
    Normally it takes 1-2 days. If our team is is very busy and at a event, it’ll take a little bit longer.

    6) Do I have to book the accommodation myself?
    Yes. There are a lot of different types of accommodations in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena: camping sites, hotels, pensions or apartments. Accommodations for the Women’s Summer Festival can be found here.

    7) What is the age required to take part at the event?
    The minimum age is 18. Adolescents between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    8) Where can I find the Expo of the Women’s Summer Festival?
    The expo, our home base of the festival, is located in Ehrwald at the Martinsplatz.

    9) What else is important?
    Please take care to take your guest card with you. With the guest card you avoid extra costs for transport.
