Yoga/Pilates

  • Yoga works on a multitude of levels and differs widely from other sports and relaxation methods. On a physical level, Yoga helps you train your cardio, strength and flexibility. However, there’s is so much more than just the physicall aspect to yoga. On a spiritual and emotional level, it brings harmony and balance.
    Pilates is also a  full body workout, through which your muscles are strengthened and stretched while bringing together the balance with training your coordination skills and your breathing technique.
