• The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena – our new destination for the Women’s Summer Festival!

    The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena is located at the boarder of Austria & Germany and consists of 7 charming villages: Ehrwald, Lermoos, Berwang, Biberwier, Heiterwang, Bichlbach, Lähn-Wengle & Namlos. Ehrwald is our home base for the Women’s Summer Festival.

    Main attraction is the highest mountain of the region: the Zugspitze, which is simultaneously the highest mountain of Germany. Besides that there is much more to do in this wonderful region.

    In summer, you can discover the lovely mountains by foot,on your bike or enjoy a nice walk to glittering mountain lakes. The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena is known as a popular hiking and biking area and offers many different activities.

    Here some further interesting facts:

        • Mountainbiking: More than 100 marked routes covering a total length of 4,330 km and 100,000 metres of elevation.
        • Hiking: More than 150 marked hiking routes with varying levels of difficulty. From climbing paths (via ferrata) to leisurely family walks.
        • Numerous swimming and mountain lakes for stand up paddling, bathing and swimming.
        • Many different trail running routes, single trails and bike routes.
