Stand Up Paddling (SUP)
Stand Up Paddling (SUP) has long since become the new trend sport on the water: for some, it is a nice, sporty alternative because the few really good surf spots in the cities or areas close to the cities are constantly overcrowded. For many others, it is an introduction to board sports on the water. The sport is considered easy to learn, trains the whole body and can be done on all water surfaces by athletes of all ages and abilities.
New this year: Stand Up Paddling Yoga – you should give it a try!
Stand Up Paddling
Trained instructors show you how to keep your balance on the boards and which paddling technique is best. At the SUP taster session, you can borrow a SUP and try it out at your leisure.
The trial course gives you the opportunity to do your first Stand Up Paddle and yoga experiences on a SUP. After an introduction to the paddle technique and the first exercises on the water, we dock on our yoga bowl. We flow through our first yoga exercises on our floating yoga mats, relax by the rocking movements of the water and enjoy the present moment surrounded by nature an mountain scenery.
